This week’s Chocolate Monday recipe is an old southern classic that was given to me by a friend many years ago. His mother used to make it for him when he was a child. Because you make it in a 9×13-inch pan, it is a great dessert to take with you when you go to dinner at a friend’s house. Simple, rich, and chocolatey … it sounds like the perfect treat for Chocolate Monday!
Add to your shopping list:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups butter, melted
1 cup flour
1/3 cup plus 3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
7 oz Marshmallow cream
6 tbsp milk
1 box powdered sugar
What could you use these ingredients to make? Come back on Monday to find out! Have a wonderful weekend!
