Can you believe the year is nearly over? It seems like it was just summer with scorching days and balmy nights. I was looking for something new and easy to make for this weekend and thought I would ask my friends what their favorite New Year’s Eve Party Recipes are. And boy are they fabulous – 75 of the best recipes in the country … just what we need to ring in 2017!
This is a collection of small bites, perfect for cocktail parties, casual get-togethers, and even game days. Exactly what I love – the ability to “graze” at will, sampling multiple different flavors, textures, and ethnicities all in one meal. If you are looking for more of a substantial formal dinner, our recent #ProgressiveEats New Year’s Eve Extravaganza party is something to behold. These gals are incredibly talented and each month it is a truly spectacular collection of recipes. From pomegranate-champagne cocktails and champagne yeast brioche, to puff pastry potato roses, baked brie with cabernet-cranberry-cherry sauce, lobster crab chowder, and filet mignon steaks with homemade bearnaise sauce, and finishing with yuzu cheesecake and a chocolate-orange stout cake, this is a dinner for the ages!
