Have you guys heard of Bolthouse Farms Maio spreads and dressings? They are a new line of refrigerated yogurt-based spreads that offer sandwich lovers a guilt-free option. They sent me a sample of their three flavors to try and the minute I tasted them I knew you would love them too. Are you looking for the flavor of mayonnaise without the calories? Maio is your answer! Today I am hosting a Maio Giveaway from Bolthouse Farms – be sure to enter the contest below and WIN!
Maio spreads are low-fat and gluten-free alternatives to mayonnaise that are delicious and healthy for you and your family! Made with a base of yogurt, there are three flavors for you to enjoy, Plain, Garlic, and Chipotle. With only 20 calories and 1 gram of fat per serving, these are the perfect option for anyone watching their weight or looking for healthier options.
And with swimsuit weather arriving, now is the perfect time to discover a new flavorful spread that is satisfying and creamy without the calories. Bolthouse Farms is generously sharing 3 bottles of each flavor, giving you plenty to last all summer long or to share with family and friends!!!
You can use these spreads on sandwiches, in salad dressings, coleslaws, deviled eggs, wraps, dips, or anywhere you would use mayonnaise. Both the garlic and chipotle add tons of delicious flavor – imagine a Mexican-style coleslaw with a touch of spice from the Chipotle Maio, or making an aioli with the garlic Maio in a snap! You can use the plain flavor anywhere, even in your sweet baking in place of some of the butter to add richness and reduce calories!
And because it is so common to use spreads to make sandwiches, I’m going to throw in a copy of our cookbook, The Gluten-Free Bread Machine Cookbook! You can easily make your own breads from scratch, that are delicious, moist and tender making the most delicious sandwiches! When paired with Maio spreads, your family will be thrilled to be able to pack easy lunches again!
Make sure you enter the giveaway below ~ you don’t want to miss these amazing new spreads! Have a fabulous long holiday weekend!

A sandwich would be the first thing I would try it on. I read somewhere that mayo is a good replacement for butter on a grilled cheese sandwich because it browns more evenly, but I am not sure if the same would hold true for MAIO. If so, the garlic variety would be great for that.
Margaret Clegg
